The Clarion is a student-run newspaper on campus dedicated to seeking truth and providing a platform for thoughtful, informed dialogue. It serves as a voice for the student body, covering a wide range of topics including campus events, cultural issues, student achievements, and global news.
As the Staff Designer, my responsibilities included designing layouts for articles, creating engaging graphics, and selecting imagery that enhanced the overall storytelling experience. I collaborated closely with writers, editors, and other team members to bring their content to life, ensuring that the design complemented the message and captured the attention of readers. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of stories, including sports, lifestyle, news, and opinion pieces. This diverse range of topics allowed me to adapt my design approach to suit the unique tone and message of each article.
